Making the links page your startup page In Netscape 4+:
Click on "Edit", then "Preferences"
It should open to the Navigator section (if not, choose it from the list).
Make sure "Starts with - homepage" is selected.
In the location window below that, type in:
http://www.reasoned.org/rs_links.htm
(or you can just copy the line, and paste it into the window with the right mouse button).In Explorer:
Click on "Tools", then "Internet options"
It should open to the General section (if not, choose its tab).
In the homepage window, type in:
http://www.reasoned.org/rs_links.htm
(or you can just copy the line, and paste it into the window with the right mouse button).
Click on "Apply" at the bottom.
